Clamp of cheap plastic. Dive with package I wouldn’t, but the rain and moisture protect should.

Submerged it for half an hour with dry cloth inside. No obvious leaks. I wouldn’t dive with it, but it definitely will protect my phone from elements or occasional moisture during outdoor activities. Plastic is not very tough in case of misuse, however.
