Beginner here! Sounds really silly but it was hard for me to stretch/breathe deeply at the same time. Is that something that will come more easily through practice? I found myself struggling to focus on breathing than the stretch itself

Everything will be fine. N

This looks wonderful! I can’t wait to hop on my mat tomorrow morning. I suffer from a panic disorder and I was wondering if you could post a video for anxiety or panic attacks. I find yoga (and you!) really helps me overcome panic but a video dedicated to it would be fantastic.
