Can I return my purchase?
Yes! We offer a 16 day returns guarantee on most items. (We’re nice like that.) So if you need to post it back, just return post or deliver to us using our address and your ref/delivery note/order number. We can refund you immediately. However, it may take 5 – 7 days for your bank to process the money.
We’ll either refund the cash onto the original payment method or offer you an exchange. Easy as that.
You just need these 3 things:
- Your proof of purchase
- The item should be unused, in its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition
- Any free items that came with your product unused and in a re-sellable condition
We deliver everywhere and use local post companies in all countries, we also arrange UPS if requested to speed up your delivery and provide a quoted cost by UPS. Between 7am and 10pm. 7 days a week (yep, even on Sundays).
For smaller items we can also deliver to the most difficult places using special delivery like UPS but an additional cost may be applied and we will contact you if its not an easy in price delivery option due to location and companies available.
Want same day delivery? With our awesome Fast Track Delivery service, if you buy before 4pm we’ll deliver by 10pm using some of the best in the market delivery companies, for an extra cost. Who else can do that?…
Sometimes goods can arrive damaged and we ask that you contact us the same day with images or video of the goods. Then we can investigate with the delivery provider and arrange a replacement. We aim to keep it simple in serving you better. If you feel we could be doing this better then let us know and we will review our policies.
Return the goods with a copy of your invoice to prove purchase with the merchandise you want to be exchanged or refunded. In any way that is convenient for you, there is an address label on the top of your invoice that is provided for your convenience. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Each order also includes an easy to use return label for your convenience. There is a charge from $6.95 to £9.99 €13.95 depending on your country for the use of this service, which will be deducted from any credit due on your return or, in the event of an exchange, we will charge your credit card $6.95 for the label plus you cover the return fees. The instructions for the use of this label are found on the back of the label. You may return the package via UPS or USPS; there is no need to go to the post office or UPS store.

We’ll still take it back up to 30 days after you bought it. As long it’s still in sellable condition (with the tags and original packaging intact) and you have proof of purchase (ie. the delivery note or your confirmation email).

Return post it back to any us.
Or post it back using the returns label provided – we’ll deduct the postage cost from your refund amount (unless of course it’s faulty).
Once received on site and paid by credit or debit card – we’ll trigger the refund immediately but it may take 7-14 days for your bank to process it into your account. You’ll be refunded immediately using the original payment method. If you return it via post or deliver to us…
As soon as we receive the item back with us, we’ll start the refund. However, it may take 7 – 14 days for your bank to process the money back to your account. All refunds will be processed within 14 days.
Orders can be cancelled, let us know within the same hour via chat email etc and we can commence processing the cancellation and refund, alternatively you may wait for delivery, return the item and we can then process a refund after the good have been received.
